Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your assembly service with Wecanassemble, please do so as soon as possible to allow us to allocate our resources effectively. The following cancellation policy applies to all services booked with us:
 
Cancellation by Customer
 
If you need to cancel your assembly service, you may do so at any time up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time without any cancellation fee. If you cancel less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the service fee.
 
Cancellation by Wecanassemble
 
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your assembly service, we will provide you with as much notice as possible and will make every effort to reschedule the appointment at a mutually convenient time. If we are unable to reschedule the appointment, we will issue a full refund of any service fees paid.
 
No Show
 
If we arrive at the scheduled appointment time and you are not present or if we are unable to access the assembly location, we reserve the right to charge the full service fee.
 
Changes to Scheduled Appointment
 
If you need to make changes to your scheduled appointment time, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to reschedule the appointment at a mutually convenient time.
 
Refund Policy
 
If you are not satisfied with our assembly service, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to address your concerns and provide a satisfactory resolution. If a refund is deemed appropriate, it will be issued within 7 business days of our agreement.
